Frequently Asked Questions on Returns, Exchange & Refund

1. Will I get refunded the full amount on the return of a discounted item?
You will only be reimbursed for the amount that was originally paid for the product.
2. Will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back if I return the products?
These charges are levied every time an order is made and cannot be refunded.
3. My product has been picked up, but I await my refund.
If it has been 24-48 hours since our courier partner picked up the order. And if the refund isn’t reflecting, please email us at <Email>, and we will sort it out for you.
4. What are the terms of Shipment & Refund policies?
  • Once an order is accepted, the shipment’s delivery time begins, including 2 days during which our warehouse processes and dispatches the shipment from Monday to Friday. If restocking is required, the shipment period may take longer, and we will notify you of any delay via email.
  • If an item in your order is not immediately available in our warehouse, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your purchase to be processed. Your order may be shipped in multiple shipments, and we will provide you with a tracking number for each shipment.
  • Once the product reaches our warehouse & passes a quality check within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. Upon approval, the refund will be credited to your original payment mode within 20 business days.
  • If an order is cancelled after the product has been shipped from our warehouse, the refund will only be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. If approved, the standard refund procedure mentioned above will be followed.
5. What are the terms of the Exchange policy?
  • You can get your exchange for an order delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes, so if you’re not happy with your purchase, we can exchange it for something else. 
  • Customers who wish to exchange a product for a different size or item will be responsible for shipping costs. The exchange will only be approved for an equal or higher amount than the original order. It is important to remember that the product must be returned in unused condition with all tags and labels still attached.

6.What are the terms of the Return & Replacement Policy?
  • Our 30-days return policy gives you enough time to ensure that the item(s) you ordered will not fit your requirements or if any other issues arise. We will gladly accept any of your returns without any questions on quality as long as it is within 30 days of delivery. 
  • De-void accept return requests under the following conditions: 
  • If the piece has a manufacturing defect.
  • If the package was received damaged
For customers in India, return requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery, while for international customers, requests must be made within 30 days. 
  • In any case, if you have received a defective product, send us images at <Email>. Once our authorised team confirms, the refund will be provided to your bank account or wallet at your convenience. 
  • Gift vouchers/vouchers are non-refundable. Additionally, gift wrapping charges won’t be refunded if the products are returned. Likewise, we can not gift wrap any replacements you have requested.
